How to use HDMI with the Original Vibe Board 55"

Great option when you are not able to wirelessly cast from your device. HDMI is also the best option if you need to annotate over video.

This article applies to the Original Vibe Board 55β€³.

  • To display your computer screen on Vibe, use an HDMI cable to connect to the HDMI-IN on the back of the board.

  • To project the Vibe board onto a different screen, you can use HDMI-OUT.

Using HDMI to display content from another device

  1. Use an HDMI cable to connect your computer to the 'HDMI-IN' port (located on the back of the board).

  2. An icon shaped like the HDMI port will show on the toolbar menu on the bottom right side of the screen, tap this icon to display content from your computer.

  3. To exit HDMI mode, swipe up on the screen to bring up the menu bar and select the HDMI icon again.

Annotation when Using HDMI

  1. Annotation is set by default; simply start annotating on the screen and the annotation toolbar will display.

  2. When you are done annotating, you can exit from annotation or you can save a screenshot back to your Vibe whiteboard (optional). You can also decide which board you want to save the screenshot.

  3. Click on the HDMI button again to quit HDMI mode and go back to your Vibe board or other applications.
